We are a small, friendly infant school, located near the center of King’s Lynn. We cater for children with an age range of 4 to 7 years (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2).

Our school is a safe welcoming place at the heart of the community. The staff, parents and community aim to provide:

– High quality, balanced, enriching teaching and learning experience which is designed for the needs of individual learners.
– A place where people are concerned with the world and take pride in their school and local environment.
– People feel valued and have a sense of belonging where successes are celebrated.
– People show respect, care and tolerance, celebrating difference and diversity in a global world.
– Everyone achieving their full potential and beyond, acquiring the skills to become life long learners and successful.
– At age 7, children transfer to either Eastgate Primary School or Greyfriars Primary School. Parents wishing to consider making a choice will be given the opportunity to discuss this during Year 2.

Our values are displayed around the school on this tree, created by our children, parents and staff.

We have 5 core values that we have put at the roots of our tree.

CAPACITY            Every individual child and young person, every adult will be supported to achieve in every aspect of their development.

COMMUNITY        We all recognise and support the children and young people and the adults and schools within our Community and are proud to be associated with the wider community in which we live and learn.

INCLUSION      We collectively practice Inclusion at the heart of our community and celebrate difference.

INDEPENDENCE   In our day to day lives we aspire to become as independent as possible irrespective of our levels of individual need.

EXCELLENCE        We aspire to achieve and recognise that excellence is achieved in everything we do by remembering that we are all lifelong learners.

Our staff and children added 4 more values to the trunk of the tree. These that further represent what we want for our children, both in their time at Highgate and in their future lives.

  • We want our children to be resilient to keep trying with enthusiasm when the solution isn’t easy and persevere when things don’t go as planned.
  • We challenge our children to be curious, to question the world around them and to seek out their own knowledge, answers and beliefs.
  • We insist our children and staff are respectful. That they show and expect respect for themselves, their peers, staff and the school in which they learn.
  • We want our children to feel nurtured, to feel cared about, looked after and safe and to help others to feel that way too.

It is normal to worry about your college essays, especially if deadline is soon and you haven’t written even a single word yet. And even with the possibility of having someone write the custom essay for you, you still ask “Can I really trust other people to write my essay?” Yes, you definitely can trust other people, especially those who are offering writing services. This is simply because writing an essay is their job. However, when it comes to hiring a website that writes essays for you, most students have to face the risk of landing on the wrong online writing service.
